Welcome!

Welcome!  I figure a quick intro into who I am as this blog gets up and running makes a bit of sense.  I am first and foremost a Daughter of The King and a member of His church on earth until He comes again.  I am an amazingly blessed mom of 5 awesome kids ranging in age from 6yrs to 20yrs, I've been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 25 years.  We have a small ranch in Central Minnesota.  We raise a variety of animals and crops and work to instill skills and knowledge in our children that will follow them into their future all while "getting back to our roots" and enjoying the beauty God has provided.  I'm excited to utilize this website as just one of many tools in a giant toolbox to teach you how to create a Healthy Life with more than just a diet and a treadmill.  I hope you enjoy your time here and find something that speaks to you.  Welcome to the journey.  God Bless!
